Grate dudhi bhopala by removing the seeds.
In a sauce pan, add 2 tsp of ghee, and add grated dudhi bhopala
On medium flame, keep stirring and let it cook for 5 mins
Add milk step by step to the mixture and cook until the bhopala is soft.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, malai and mix properly. Cook for another 5 mins.
Garnish with chopped almonds, cashews
